All items on Known Source are sold by vetted private sellers, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is not as described or not authentic — those are covered below.

Known Source Buyer Protection

We want you to feel safe when buying on Known Source. You don't deal with individual sellers if there's a dispute; we handle it centrally for you. We vet our Dealers extensively, and every order is covered by our Buyer Protection in the rare case something goes wrong.

Your purchase is covered if:

• the item's authenticity can't be verified by us
• the item materially differs from its description in colour, condition, fabric and/or measurement
• you were sent the wrong item
