Return, refund & exchange policy

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like an exchange or a refund. 

You have 14 days to:

• Head to our return's portal here: all you will need is your email address and order number
• Send your purchase back to us, to the address provided by our return

Items must be returned to us unused. If applicable, with all tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

What postage service should I use for returns?

We advise for you to return the purchase to us using a tracked delivery option. This ensure that you are covered, in case the item is lost in transit.

What about if I want to return my purchase after the 14 days has passed?

Use our Renew feature! We will sell the item on for you, at any point in the future. More information on our unique truly circular model here.
